In the summer of 2009, families bringing a sick or injured child to the emergency department at CHEO will be coming to a brand new, state of the art emergency facility that will be part of a new wing of the hospital. The Garry Cardiff Wing, named in honour of CHEO’s former Chief Executive Officer, will be a three-story addition to the existing building.
