The 22nd annual Scott Tokessy Memorial Gold Glove Tournament will be held at the Scott Tokessy Field at Walter Baker Park in Kanata (corner of Terry Fox Dr. and Maplegrove) on Friday, August 4, from noon to 8 p.m., Saturday, August 5, and Sunday, August 6, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There are close to 60 teams of children ranging in age from 9 to 14 years old. Proceeds will be donated to the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario to the Cardiology Unit in honour of Scott.
